A Night at the Races
presented by
Crafton Volunteer Fire Department & Crafton Celebrates
Come support the Crafton Volunteer Fire Department and Crafton Celebrates at our annual fundraiser. This wonderful event will include horse races on the big screen, black jack tables, money wheel, over-under table, 50/50 raffles, strip tickets, door prizes and much more.
When: April 21, 2012
Doors open at 6 p.m.
Races start at 7 p.m.
Where: CVFD Station 128, 8 Stotz Ave. Crafton, PA 15205 (get directions)
Cost: $15/person or $25/couple
Includes: Dinner, Beer, Soda and Mixers
This event is BYOB
Horses can be purchased for $10 and the winning horse pays out $30.
The first 200 people through the door will receive a complimentary 2012 Enjoy Coupon Book.
Sponsors Needed
You and your business can assist us in making this event successful by donating a door prize to be raffled off at the event. The door prize can be an offer of your business services, a cash prize, a gift certificate to your business, or any item of value. You may also opt to become a sponsor of the event. Becoming a sponsor has many added benefits which are described below:
- Race Sponsor: The fee to become a race sponsor is $100.00. This cost includes four (4) tickets to the event and your business will be announced during the race that you sponsored.
- Table Sponsor: The fee to become a table sponsor is $200.00. This cost includes eight (8) tickets to the event, signage on the table you sponsored and promotion of your business throughout the event.
- Event Sponsor: The fee to become an event sponsor is $300.00. This cost includes twelve (12) tickets to the event, onsite advertising of your business, promotion of your business throughout the event and promotion of your business on our website.
